9. Payments, Fees and Refund Policy

IPROCURE GLOBAL EDUCATION LIMITED offers certain paid educational guidance, scholarship support and related services. Payments may be made through approved online payment channels or direct bank transfers.

All applicable service fees will be communicated to customers before payment. By completing a payment, you authorize IPROCURE to process the transaction for the service selected.

9.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept the following payment methods:

• Direct bank transfers to officially designated IPROCURE business accounts.
• Other payment methods expressly authorized by IPROCURE.

Customers making bank transfers must provide valid payment evidence, including the transaction reference or receipt, where requested. A service payment is considered received only after it has been confirmed in our records.

9.2 Seven-Day Refund Request Period

Customers may submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the date their payment is confirmed by IPROCURE.

Where a refund request is submitted within this period and the service has not commenced, the customer may qualify for a full refund, subject to applicable law.

Where work has already commenced, any approved refund may be adjusted to reflect the reasonable value of services, work or resources already provided or committed by IPROCURE, subject to applicable law.

9.3 Refund Requests After Seven Days

Refund requests submitted after the seven (7) calendar-day refund request period will generally not qualify under our voluntary refund policy.

However, IPROCURE may consider exceptions where:

• IPROCURE has failed to provide the paid service.
• IPROCURE cancels the service without providing an appropriate alternative.
• A duplicate or erroneous payment has been verified.
• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9.4 Assessment of Work Completed

When reviewing a refund request, IPROCURE may consider the work already performed, including:

• Scholarship research and opportunity identification.
• Eligibility assessments and student profile reviews.
• Document reviews and verification assistance.
• Application preparation and administrative processing.
• Other services actually provided or costs properly incurred in delivering the service.

Any deduction from a refund will be reasonable, proportionate and based on work actually completed or costs properly incurred, subject to applicable law.

9.5 Duplicate and Erroneous Payments

Duplicate payments and confirmed erroneous transactions will be investigated. Where an excess or incorrect payment is verified, IPROCURE will arrange an appropriate correction or refund.

Customers may be asked to provide transaction references, receipts or other reasonable evidence to help verify the payment.

9.6 Refund Processing

Approved online payment refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.

For bank transfer payments, approved refunds will normally be sent to a verified bank account belonging to the original payer.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, receiving bank and financial institution. We will communicate the expected processing timeline when a refund is approved.
